Reiki, a Japanese healing technique, is a simple, non-invasive system that works with the “life force energy” of the receiver to promote relaxation, health and well-being of the entire physical, emotional and psychic body by reducing stress. Therefore it is truly a system of attaining and promoting wholeness of mind, body and spirit.

I combine the healing power of reiki with the balancing and energizing power of essential oils, also leveraging the power of crystals and  gemstones as conduits for healing energy. Expect a truly integrative reiki experience.

Reiki can be done in person or it can be done long-distance. Combine your reiki session with 75-90 minutes of coaching and keep your balanced-self on the right path between sessions.

Essential oils are used for a very wide range of emotional and physical wellness applications. They can be used a single oil at a time, or in complex blends depending on user experience and desired benefit.  DoTERRA Essential oils are usually administered by one of three methods: diffused aromatically, applied topically, or taken internally as a dietary supplement.

I can tell you from experience that essential oils have changed the way I manage the health and wellness of me and my family. They have helped me with everything from the emotional swings of menopause to family colds and allergies – and everything in between. 

My approach to Essential Oil Coaching is as intuitive as it is scientific. I use an ITOVI device to read your body's imbalances and make specific suggestions about the essential oils that would most benefit your unique physical makeup.

I also offer AromaTouch Treatments, which leverages the benefits of 8 different essential oils.  When gently applied to the spine and feet these oils work in synergy to promote a healthy immune system, to soothe inflammation and aids in detoxing your body.

We bring healthy vending options to businesses and facilities in the Metro West area of Boston. We can place our healthy vending machine next to a traditional snack and drink machine, or we can replace the junk food machines with our healthier options.
